Boch Freres - 1841 - 2009 - Belgium

Established in 1841 in La Louviere Belguim, Boch Freres produced a wide range of earthen ware for table and household. Known for highly desirable Art Deco bold colours in modern, abstract, industrial and Cubism designs. Cubism is a term for a painting style that puts in place geometrical shapes for natural forms. in 1906 notable designer Charles Catteau joined the firm to produce ceramics through the depression of the 20’s and the 30’s making affordable innovative designs.
